THE VILLA
Villa sleeps up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms. There is a fifth en-suite bedroom in the basement, perfect for the nanny or a hideaway for the kids, taking the occupancy to 10.
The villa highlights include a spectacular glass walled swimming pool, manicured gardens, sports room, cinema room and sauna. Use of the villa's kayak, stand-up paddles and mountain bikes for all ages ensure there's plenty to do for those looking for a more "active" break.
The Villa has its own speedboat and mooring in the nearby marina 'Villeroy'. The SeaRay 220 Sunsport offers customers the opportunity to take a family trip to discover the canals of Sète, Lake Thau or the coastline from the water. The use of the speedboat is not included in the rental price. This can be rented separately with skipper-service. A boating license and supplementary warranty deposit is required if you desire to take the boat out yourself.
For your enjoyment, this beautiful villa is first-line beachfront located, with direct access to a 15 kilometer long sandy beach, which has several nice beach bars and restaurants in season.
The combination of traditional local stone, wood and glass provide for a spectacular entrance. The light and airy open plan living area provides a fabulous space for dining, entertaining or just taking it easy with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, steam oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, ice maker and all utensils. There is a plasma television, DVD library and sound system in the lounge and dining room. Each bedroom has its own television with Apple TV and free Netflix use.
The villla is ideal for enjoying alfresco dining and evening BBQ's on the terrace as the sun sets over the sea!
There are stunning sea views from the the master bedrooms and sundeck/pergola with atmospheric evening lighting. All bedrooms are suitable for double or twin occupancy and are equipped with plasma televisions, DVD players and iPod docking stations. The luxurious en-suite bathrooms are brimming with quality bathing products and fluffy bathrobes and towels for your comfort.
Children and adults can enjoy table tennis and table football and other activities in the basement games room. Relax in the sauna or watch your favourite movie in the cinema room, both situated in the basement.
Wi-Fi throughout enables you to keep in touch with the wider world should the need arise!
